Returns and Refunds:
We will not accept a return without prior RMA approval. Any returned package without an RMA number will be refused!
If there is an issue with your product after purchasing, please send us an email and state your product issue, once we have approved the return, we will send you an RMA number for your return along with return instructions.
Return is acceptable within 30 days after delivery date unless otherwise noted on the product page.
15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, except when the product is a factory defect.
Damage Claims: Damage Claims not accepted after 24-48 hours of delivery. Please inform us if the package arrives damaged within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping Cost: We will only pay for your return shipping cost if we sent you a wrong product or the product is D.O.A.
For defective product, the customer must report to us within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for this service.
Refused Package: Packages Refused or Undeliverable will be assessed the Actual Shipping Fees incurred by the carrier for both deliveries and return from your return credit.
Freight Forwarder: Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
